This website was built to focus on photovoltaic (PV) solar energy facts, and counter the tidal wave of disinformation and hate directed at commercial solar farms.

We are not associated with the renewable energy industry.

We are concerned local citizens and solar enthusiasts, with decades of experience with solar energy. We believe that if the current solar energy disinformation and local NIMBYism aren't confronted, factually, our children will be the ones to suffer.

We believe that solar farms are not a challenge; they're an opportunity. It is up to us to take advantage of this opportunity. Responsibly.

• Our top priority is to educate and rally the public AGAINST a commercial solar farm ban in the zoned area of Reno County, Kansas. An indiscriminate ban could negatively impact every taxpayer in the County.

• Our secondary goal is to aid County Planning Commissions, politicians, and staff with a trove of information and sources (Facts and Regulation) to help them in their task of effectively regulating commercial solar farms in Kansas. 

• The third and final goal is to aid farmers/landowners on solar as well (Facts and Farmers).

While we focus on commercial solar, we know a fair bit about residential as well, and have put together a resource page. Solar energy is unique in that residential and commercial share the exact same DNA, and are very similar to each other.
